We separated Qualia into two steps to be able to get the best synergy between all of the ingredients while avoiding all of the ingredients having to compete for absorption.
Some of the ingredients are best absorbed and utilized by the body on an empty stomach, while others actually work better when they are combined with food.
We tried it as one bunch of pills taken at the same time – the split stack is a lot more effective.
If you have an aversion to taking many pills at once, the dosage of Step 2 can be taken separately between meals. We do recommend taking Step 2 at least 8 hours before bed, though.
Some people take less than the recommended dose as they have found the right dosages that work optimally for them. You may want to experiment and find the right quantity of each step that works best for you.
