Yep. Some of the ingredients need to be taken on an empty stomach so that they get into your bloodstream at the right levels. And they won’t cause nausea if taken on an empty stomach. These are in Step One and you should take them without food to get the best effect.
Other ingredients actually work better when they are combined with food (especially healthy fats) and are likely to cause nausea if taken without food. These are in Step Two and you should take them with breakfast.
We tried it as one bunch of pills taken at the same time – the split stack is a lot more effective.
