In general, we recommend taking the full dose. The full dose provides the studied amounts of many of the ingredients (this is an important part of being able to make accurate structure/function claims) and is the dose we designed the formulation to deliver and have studied in our testing.
Feel free to adjust the dose as needed, whether this is over time or because of sensitivity to dietary supplements, in general, or to this formulation. Because of biochemical individuality and many other factors, we don’t all respond the same way to the same ingredients or doses. We don’t all have the same objectives or goals in mind. So, it’s perfectly fine to experiment with taking a lower dose that works best for you and your chemistry.
For some, it may be a good idea to begin slowly as you get started with this product. Starting by doing less is done by taking 1-2 capsules a day for the first few days (three days is a good rule of thumb). Then gradually add 1-2 more capsules every few days till you reach the full dose. This gradual approach can be especially important for people who are already taking a lot of other supplements, or tend to be more sensitive to dietary supplements or foods.
