SHOULD I TAKE QUALIA IMMUNE WITH OR WITHOUT FOOD?

Our general recommendation is to take Qualia Immune with food, because one of the ingredients—vitamin D3 —is fat-soluble and another, palmitoylethanolamide, is a lipid. These ingredients would be expected to be more bioavailable if consumed with or near a meal or snack that contains some fat. Digestion doesn’t happen all at once, so it’s fine to take Qualia Immune a bit before eating (or drinking a smoothie), in the middle, or a bit after eating. If it is much more convenient for you to take Qualia Immune without food, we don’t think the theoretical bioavailability advantage should outweigh the convenience, and would encourage you to take in the way that would be easiest for you to fit into your schedule.
